Welcome to the office of Adrienne C. Sabin, D.P.M., doctor of podiatric medicine. Our office has been serving the South Bay area since 1987.
Dr. Sabin is committed to providing state of the art and compassionate care to all patients that may have foot disorders. This includes children and adults.

We are between 12th and 13th streets, one block north of Santa Clara Street.
The office is in a renovated 1912 era bungalow with adequate street parking. There is a handicap ramp and parking lot at the rear of the building for patient use.
Office hours are by appointment, emergencies are accepted. We are open the following hours for your convenience:
Monday 8:00am - 3:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesdays 8:00am - 3:00pm
Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Closed Friday (We are closed for lunch from noon to 1:00pm.)

Your copayment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and checks only as payment for services rendered. Insurances are billed as a courtesy for our patients. Returned checks will have a $25.00 fee.
Dr. Sabin is a provider for many insurances, and is a member of the Physicians Medical Group of San Jose, and Medical Dimensions.
Dr. Sabin is an active staff member of Regional Medical Center of San Jose.
Dr. Sabin is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and The American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics.
She is a member of the California Podiatric Medical Association and American Podiatric Medical Association.
Our friendly office is managed by Linda. She has 25 years experience as an office manager. You will be greeted by Yvonne at the front desk and she will help you with your appointments and any questions you may have. They both look forward to meeting you.
